Meet at Whole Foods for a friendly group long run through any of an endless variety of comfortable routes. On the long run the group aims for about 10 miles with all paces encouraged to attend; some run less and some run more depending on personal objectives and training plans. Optional post-run hang out at Whole Foods with a favorite recovery beverage or snack!

Wilmington Road Runners Club SUNDAY RUN Guidelines:
7am start from Whole Foods, 3804 Oleander Dr. parking lot. Next to Independence Mall. 10 mile loop or out and back routes.
Clockwise routes odd months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov). Counterclockwise even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec).
